I tried to log in to self serve but cant remember my password.  I clicked forgot password and it comes up LoginUnsuccessfulUser_LoginDisabled.  I tried phoning1-8555-478-2572 but it says it cant find my phone number.  I want to pay with a credit card...

I don't have a another phone when I dial *611 it comes up and says  emergency calls only
