Tying to activate SIM card

I am trying to activate my new SIm card. I keep getting an error saying "unable to verify credit card information." I have tried twice with correct information. How can I get my SIm card activated with autopay?

Plan fees?

Hello folks, all of the plan fees have "30 days" written on them. Does that mean you only get that specific rate for the first 30 days and then it increases? Or is that the plan fee for each 30 days forward?
