Hello. I have had my sim card for a month. Now for the second month I have a $15 plan. But my data is not working at all. Why is that?

Login into your self serve account and check your data usage.
Are you on AutoPay for the additional 250Mb?
The $15 PM plan does not come with data unless you signed up for AutoPay.

Could you be out of data for your current cycle allotment?
Check under your "My Data and Add-Ons" section of your self serve account to see if there's any data left.
If nothing is showing, you've used it.

Was the data working before or is this the first time that you've tried to use it?
