About plan activation

I have recharged my account. In my profile it shows my plan is activated and will be expire on 6 September 2020. But when i make calls it says you plan is covering this calls. And i didn't get anything which my plan gives me.

Pixel 3 connection issues

For the past 2 weeks I have had trouble maintaining a stable cell connection.  I miss many incoming calls and outgoing calls can take a long time to connect, if at all.  Cell data is also affected.  Any ideas?
