Resolved! No incoming calls

I switched to Public Mobile on Sunday the 24th where I put in my new SIM card. I transferred my phone number to Public, now I am still not receiving any incoming calls. How long do I have to wait for the phone to receive inbound calls? This is crazy!

Resolved! Can't make or receive calls on US data roaming

I have US talk/text roaming plan for $15. Texts are working, calls are not. Can't make or receive calls. Confirmed add-on is on account, restarted phone, tried with data roaming toggled on and off. Not working at all.
