Mobile data is not working

I was offered an upgrade on my plan to increase to 10 GB on a 4M network, I accepted it about a month ago, however since then the data isn't working.  I need to be fixed please or I would like to go back to my old plan.Thanks

Why is it that when I try to go to rewards in my PM my account, it prompts me to sign in, but I can go to the other categories and they're fine?Getting so frustrated with the amount of time it takes to navigate the PM system.

5G+ Data plan slow after upgrading
