Resolved! number failed to port

When I activated a new sim card, I tried to port an old number but it didnt work.  Perhaps I filled out the information wrong. I can call out but the phone will not recieve calls.  It does recieve texts though. What should I do?

I'm very sure the issue is cause i still have to cancel my landline with bell and once that happens all is well... i can call out but no one can call me and i receive texts but can't send them.
