If you didn’t remove automatic payments from your account before you ported out then contact a moderator to remove them for you. If you weren’t on automatic payments your account will die a natural death after three months.

Same. Sometimes after the dead air for 15-30 seconds the phone does ring, otherwise straight to voicemail.

Still having this problem, if anything it is getting worse. The vast majority of inbound and outbound calls just have dead air for 15-30 seconds then directly to voicemail or only occasionally will ring. I have tried switching phones, restarting etc ...
