Resolved! Account deactivated

my account is deactivated although 90 days have not passed. I got an email on 3rd Sep at 10:30 am that it will be deactivated after 5 days but I am not able to see any options today (6th Sep)  to make payment now if I login to the account.

New sim card

Hello,I got a new sim card and I want to keep my phone number. The steps provided by the chat bot are not usable as , apparently,  the procedure was disabled.

I buy a plan for 20$ in August 25,2025 and charged in my Credit card. This include the Sim card but i dont received my purchase after 10 business day.

Resolved! Billing date

I don't understand why your billing date always different.  Pls explain.  When I start billing date is Aug. 28,2020 and up to now under the same month charging one is 3/8/25 and one is 2/9/25.
