New plans for new customers

Is there no way to get access to these plans without leaving and re joining?I don't get it. I'm on 24$ 4g plan, there's a $23 10gb plan but I can't change without leaving. I thought public mobile didn't restrict access to any plans for new activation...

Resolved! 90 Day Subscription on the new plans

Does the new $29 40GB 4G plan have the 90 day subscription option? My current $29 20GB 4G plan has that option and I wouldn't want to switch if it didn't have it.
