Just signed up and when I try to activate the eSIM, I get an error message. I am trying to port a number. My phone is eSIM cable and all setting are correct.
Looking to port to Freedom for the 34$ CAN-US 50GB plan, as we do lots of cross border travel. Will Public price match for existing customers? The 34$ 50GB CAN-US plan appears to only be available for new customers.

Unfortunately, I’m passed the payment page. I’m stuck at the « Esim NOT INSTALLED- something didn’t go right during the install try again » I have tried to reinstall the app, but I may need to call the port team.
