hi @redbird13 it is not a choice.  The old rewards is officially dead.  All PM customers will be on the new rewards. Those on the old system will be all migrated onto the new one this month

If you want at least some reward you have to accept points as there that is a new way to reward customers being with PM.

You can refuse points but then you will have only service at present cost.

While you can DISPUTE the matter by first contacting PM and filing a complaint, then proceeding onto the CCTS, if you refuse Public Points, keep in mind they might mistakenly infer that you wish to have no rewards at all and remove you from it, meaning you'll have no reward program at all.

Some who have deferred from Public Points realize the hard way once they opt out.

Just be careful when requesting this to be certain.

The only thing you can do is file a complaint with the CCTS if you are not happy with this.
