Is there a way to save the personal voicemail message on an account? Not the messages left but the recording prompt for people calling.

this might not work but...use bluetooth to have cellphone heard through your vehicle radio. Record on a voice recorder, the personal voicemail message you want to save. Then you can set up the saved voicemail message on your voicemail. Might be worth a try.

Public Mobile does not offer ways to export voicemail recording.  But check 3rd part app, like those on this page

sorry, no way to do that.  Or you have to download some app that can record calls

I want to save the audio of a greeting already recorded.  It's for an account of a person who passed away and we'd like to retain the audio file of them.
