Unable to send or receive texts

Hello,I recently switched from Roger’s to Public Mobile around 4 days back and I am unable to send or receive messages. I’ve tried restarting my phone and turning the airplane mode on/off. How do I go about this?

Raising a ticket is like pulling your hair out
