Hi,
I purchased and Esim card and it didn’t say it was incompatible. Now once purchased it says it is. How do I now get a refund or order a SIM card?

Incompatible with what ... your device?
Were you unaware your device was e-SIM compatible?
You can get a physical SIM card at a corporate Telus or Koodo location.

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
