My account was locked. I do not have access to it now. My credit has been charged more than the amount that I used to pay regularly 

I did unsubscribe the plan last month in July My billing cycle for last month ends on Aug 1st. But it renewed the plan to this August month also and charged to my credit card. Greatly appreciated for help.
