Charged to credit card after unsubscription

I did unsubscribe the plan last month in July My billing cycle for last month ends on Aug 1st. But it renewed the plan to this August month also and charged to my credit card. Greatly appreciated for help.

If you unsubscribe payment, it shouldn’t have charged you so the best thing to do is to private message a CS_Agent below:

Yes, I did u subscribe by switching off the unsubscribed button

did you unsubscribe by toggling off  Subscribed on Payment page's Manage Subscription? or you did it via *611?

Please login My Account again using Incognito mode and confirm

If it really showing the Subscribed was toggled off, you can open a ticket with PM support by direct message and see if they can help

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
