Did you ask for a plan change?  An immediate plan change makes you get charger the new plan right away.

Please contact your bank or credit card company FIRST to make sure it's an actual double charge and NOT a pending charge. If it IS indeed a double charge, here is how you contact a CS Agent for a refund.

Just note, according to CS Agents I've spoken with, it can take close to 30 days to get a refund on your credit card. Credits are applied to your account within minutes.
