Change subscription

I changed from 1gb plan for 25 to 20gb plan for 29 last month. It activated this month. They charged me 29 but the system so that I am still at the previous plan. How to solve the problem?

Hi,I would like to change my current subscription to 3GB Data at 4G Speed. I am unable to accomplish this online. Also, I would like to take advantage of the 90 Day option listed at $19/month which isn't an option as well.
