Talking to a CS rep to activate my line with Public Mobile and the error i get is
"You have reached the limit for number of private messages that you can send for now. Please try again later."
For a completely online based business model this has to be the biggest let down i have yet experienced.
Please resolve this asap

you were "talking to CS rep", you meant you are replying them? Just try using another browser to reply and see if it works. Do not use copy and paste, try to really copy the message. Sometimes pasting as some formatting issue and it has problem

Ha. I've never seen that before. Try clearing your cookies, cache and history and restart your browser. And wait 15 minutes to see what happens. I think I may have had this like a year ago.
