what I found out, I tried it myself, I don't know if you have an Android phone, but I had two passwords saved in my phone one for my wife's account and one for mine. once I deleted my wife's password I was able to log in
I have tried all that a bunch of times, have two separate email accounts for myself and my wife, get the forbidden a1 errortried app numerous times, tried Incognito web page, no luck
