I Received a text to upgrade subscription and I did not text back a response but it automatically sent the yes2 when I opened the text .I do not want any upgraded to my subscription. attached is a copy of the text I received. Please confirm that I will not have any extra charges on my account or I will stop using public mobile. Thank you.

If you don't want it and want to make sure you won't got changed to it, ask PM to check
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
