Hi guys, I’ve received the message below from Public Mobile. But according to Google my iPhone X is VoLTE enabled. So not sure why I’ve received this message from Public Mobile. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Public Mobile here:

We're reaching out with an important service reminder for phone number ***-***

Public Mobile is retiring its 3G network starting March 1, 2027. Our records show your current device isn't compatible with our upgraded network, which means you'll need to switch to a VoLTE-enabled device to help continue making calls (including 911), texting, and using data with Public Mobile.

@TF71

Unfortunately, Apple just recently no long receive security updates but the iPhone X is VoLTE compatible on PM.

@TF71

Double check on the VoLTE IME checker, but fairly certain that iPhone X is VOLTE compatible.

Some customers are getting these texts in error.  Are you getting charged extra $5/month?  If you are not being charged, that means your phone is VoLTE compatible and you should just ignore the text.

iPhone X was on the supported list, double check https://publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/volte

And then contact support to make sure things are in order.
