haven't received a SIM card by mail

Hi Ordered on April24 and estimated delivery date on May3. Still haven't received it yet. Is it normal or any number I can reach to? Please advise. Thanks!

Canada US Plan doesn't cover calling US from Canada?

Agent just told me that in the $34, 50GB Canada USA plan, I cannot call a US number from Canada. I will have to buy an addon package, is this true? If it is then isn't it false advertising?

Sign up Sim in use

New subscription. I started to sign up about a month ago and quit because the Can/US plan was not a avilable. Now the plan is available I startedthe sign up process again but could not get past the Enter Sim # it said the simcard # was in use.
