I stopped paying for my plan a while ago but I want it back so I logged in to my account and it said “resume activation”. When I click on it, it brings me to a page that says error: (xxx). And says to try again and I did but same thing again. Can I still get my plan back or do I need a new sim?

How long were you suspended for? If more than 90 days, your account is permanently closed and your previous phone number lost. You would need to start a new account with a new SIM card with new number.

you'll need to log in to your account either on-line or using the free PM app. You can use payment vouchers to fund renewal OR load you valid credit/debit card info and resume that way.
