Recover deactivated number?

Hi, my number was deactivated due to non-payment for 90 days, 5 days ago. I was wondering if there's anyway to recover my number or if I'll have to buy a new sim?

Thank you!

There was a mistake in the previous link and two different links were mistakenly joined together.  The correct link is https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

Also, in the previous message, you were given a choice of using the ticketing system through the chatbot or by sending a direct private message.  Using the ticketing system isn't optional and all tickets are supposed to be opened through teh chatbot or using the Public Mobiel app whenever possible.

Thank you for the reply. My number is from public mobile. I had ordered the sim card from them in 2022.

@uk123

Your number will be returned to the carrier you originally got the number from then it will be put on hold for 90 days and will be released for anyone to take it. So slim to none that you can get it back.

There is a slight slimmer of hope if you got the number from Koodo or Telus but no guarantees.

Which carrier did you get the number from?
