I'm using auto-pay. I recently misplaced my card and my bank issued a new card to me. However, I neglected to update my new card with Public Mobile so my payment didn't go through under the old card. Now I'm having difficulty updating to my new card. Your system is very slow when loading and I can't seem to get this fixed. Also, it's not user friendly at all.

Were the changes actually accepted by the system?  In recent times, making updates to the credit card has been causing issues at Public Mobile.

Account should not be 'deactivated' if you changed credit card info on time - before renewal.

Log in again with clean browser, clear cookies, use incognito mode to confirm status of your account. If you missed a payment account is only suspended not deactivated.
