Hi,
I can't enter into my public mobile account recently. I do pay 3/5 months together as I m outside of Canada right now.
What is the easy procedure to enter into my account.

A Public Mobile voucher can be purchased from muskbird.com or recharge.com. Try calling 1-855-478-2542 from a different phone. That number might only be accessible when calling from certain places, so if it doesn't work where you are, you would need a family member to call it for you from Canada and apply the voucher. Otherwise, you'll need to take the steps provided earlier to regain access to your Public Mobile account.

CS agent always send a format where I can't do it. Same result.
I want to pay my Bill in anyway.
Is there any way to pay my bill without entering my account.

You have trouble with 2FA because you cannot receive via SMS? On the 2FA screen, click "Didn't Receive code" or "Resend Code" and choose "Send email" to get 2FA
