Hi,
I switched plans to Bell and I got a return offer from Public Mobile. As an idiot, when I left I had 66$ sitting in my account. (through Points). Will I still have these points? I never deleted my account but when I try to log in it doesn't let me enter... I wasn't expecting my account login to get deleted... If I come back, do I still have these points? Is my account gone right away after I changed numbers?
Edit: Regret my decision to move damnit. 70Gb 5G 1000min intl. 34$. Gheez louise T-T. Public mods pls have forgiveness 🙏🏻

Sorry, when you come back, even you have a return offer, you will start your account as a new one, you won't get your points from old account back. No need to open ticket , there is no exception with this rule

Unfortunately your old account is permanently closed. You can not access your previous points.
You will need to activate a new account. Ideally with a different email address. Unable to use previous physical SIM card.

You need to create a ticket and ask customer service. We're all customers here and nobody from pm here on the forum.
