My sim of 3 years just got deactivated

My account is not stolen, works fine. Is the sim that got canceled. Sim's are free right now, but I went to Telus and they asked for $10 for a sim.

This is a public forum, please delete that ASAP! It may be too late. I would now advise even if they fix the issue, to get a new SIM card to protect your account from being stolen.
