Hello i am messaging because i already have an account and number but don't know the email hooked the account as the ex set this up for me years ago . i have never had this issue happen where i have bought a voucher and it not work. i took it back to the place where i got it from and they printed me a new one. the new one still does not work so there must be something going on with my account and i can't get into to see whats the matter because i don't have the email for the account. would be nice if someone would could help me with this issue thanks

So it looks like you cannot log in to your account. Calling 611 should get you access to your account to apply voucher.
BUT you should open a ticket ASAP and ask agent to help you to goin access to your account. Go to chatbot (bottom right icon), type 'ticket' and follow prompts until you get a link to create a ticket.
When agent contacts you (watch envelope icon, top right part of the screen) be ready to provide a bunch of personal info to verify account is really yours.
(All references to a screen positions are based on computer; app should be similar)

i have no access to the email that is on the account i don't even know the email and the ex won't give it to me.
the voucher is no applying to my account and tells me to come here for help.
If i could get into the account to see what is going on with my services i could apply the card it wont let me do it with *611.

Please remove your phone from the public forum.
First you have to gain access to your account.
Then you have to confirm your account is active or at least suspended up to 90 days. If it is longer than 90 days of suspension your account is gone - deleted, number lost.
