Your number is probably Suspended rather than closed (deactivated). Your account can only be closed if you stopped payment for more than 90 days. If you are on AutoPay then this shouldn’t be the problem unless you clicked on Lost/Stolen Device in your account.

If longer than 90 days then your number will be returned to the carrier you got the number from…it is gone.

If less than 90 days, just make a manual payment on your account or purchase a voucher and make the voucher payment or dial 611 and enter the voucher number.

You can also change the existing SIM card number to the new SIM S/N in your account or on the PM app. Go to Account tab>Change Your SIM Card.

How much time has elapsed since your acct was deactivated? It is possible to reinstate the number to you IF not much time has passed.  Try reaching out to a CS_Agent via chat to see if your number is still valid for reinstating.

Very unlikely if your account was deactivated. If any thing can be done, you would need to message a customer agent. Good luck.
