Can't deactivate account

trying to deactivate an automatic payment and an account. I don't have the sim card as my brother in law went back overseas. I can't login into the account to stop automatic payments . I have email access for the code but not a phone to activate the code.

A phone/phone service isn't needed to activate the Public Mobile 2FA code. When trying to log in, use the didn't get code/resend code button to select the e-mail option. The code that is in the e-mail can be entered directly to the Public Mobile Self Serve website (or the Public Mobile phone app).
