Just trying to buy and esim for a new phone, old phone is completley BROKEN

Hello, I am just needing to buy another esim. But this site will not allow for me to get into my account. I have been a customer for a few months now, and there's no where to access a simple esim purchase for my new iphone 14pro. Ive tried all the 'chats' no one has been able to help me, saying they are only in sales. Accessing help via Public Mobile is really, really frustrating.

Did your old phone use an esim? If not and it use a sim card just pull it out of the old one and put it in the new one and skip the hassle of a esim.

If you are having issues login to your account. Type in Submit a Ticket on the Chatbot to contact an agent to help you access your account.

You will need to download the PM app in your new phone.  Then login and "purchase" another eSIM from your account.  If you already purchased before, you will not be charged again.  

If you can't login into your account because you can't receive 2FA SMS text,  if you see "didn't receive code" link, you should be able to get 2FA email instead.
