Have you already switched to the new plan or changing it at the next renewal date? As others said, rebooting the phone should help if your plan is already changed.

@Shamimbano reboot your phone and make sure you dial the US number with a 1 in front of the 10 digits
if it still does not work, may I know what area code you are dialling??
and a quick workaround to make the US calling is to use VoIP app TextNow. You can make the call using the free app while we try to help troubleshoot your issue

@Shamimbano - Does your plan have Data in Canada & The US?
Where are you calling? In the Terms and Conditions you cannot call these C.O. Codes:

When did you switch your plan? Reboot your phone to see if it will work.
