I am having issues with my data, I have lots left, and I have tried the network reset but it still is not working. It seems to work on and off.

Are you new PM subscriber and using PM for the first time? Try using your phone in a different location.
My house is in an almost dead zone. I have to be on the second floor, holding phone up in the air attached to a coat hanger to get a half decent signal. OTOH, if I drive a few blocks, I get blazing fast internet speeds.

If you have an I phone try changing your apn to all caps. SP.MB.COM was reading so old Comments here and it seemed to help some people. If it doesn't make sure you change back.

Take a look at your APN settings.
Sometimes after an update they can be removed. If you're still having issues, please create a ticket.

Yes I stated above I have ample data left, no limit on my phone and I have tested it in another phone, and it is still not working.

best to check how much data left. Login to My Account using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and confirm
and if you have data, make sure your phone does not have a limit set on the data, some phone can do that.
and test your sim in another phone as well
