my number is stuck on verifying for close to 24 hours now and I’m not able to use the number for my iMessage/Facetime. I also don’t know how to find my account pin. Any help is appreciated

Yes I can receive phone calls and my data seems to be working

but your phone is working for voice calls and data?
Yes, if only SMS an issue, it is a PM system problem with new activation. PM is aware of the problem and can only fix the issue one account at a time.

PM is having problem provisioning text capability for new activations. And since you are an iPhone user, iMessage activation by phone number will also be impacted without a working SMS.
PM is working on a fix but for now, they can only resolve the issue on a case by case basis. Please open ticket with PM support by messaging CS Agent here:
