My payment was taken in my account but when I login to check my account I am receiving this message...why is that? Your services are on hold due to the expiration of your subscription. @Jay2007 , is your service working? Sometimes it takes a while for the payment system to run its course in your online account. Also try checking using incognito mode to prevent viewing stale data.
