Dear Telus ! In order to mantain mental health of your custumers you should just transfer all of us on Telus same as you transfer us here from nice Public Mobile network that had better plans, retail stores, customer service and so on . My fellas Canadians will for sure agree with me. The only issue is country that we live in. Canada that allows big three to play monopoly and rip Canadians with biggest cellphone bills in whole world. Having a desperate customers trying to solve your glitches and network issues, and not be able to reach customer service even by chat  online is just sad to watch. God i have non idea what to write here,as my text on this site is like messsage on the wall is some restaurant washroom that no one pays attention to. Im trying to make a youtube channel and one day get to television to show canadian people that is cheaper to get plans in states and use them inside Canada then paying for this local ones to big three. One odd thing that Public still seems to be doing is cherry picking.   Too often support requests are NOT actioned in the order they are received. Just an idea, but if Public Mobile gave each user 50MB or so (as I mentioned in a different thread) for tech support when having issues. One time shot, and data rolls over unless used up. Users obviuosly can use the data as the feel the need for anything, it's just a good gesture if anyone has issues.  ... View more

last 5 days I am truing to activate new SIM card. 1. I payed $10, it use to be free then $5 2. I have try to do online on weekend didnt work. 3. Monday I did activate and payed $30, but it is not working, it is telling me to add talk online. 4. I am trying to create account online not allowing 5. Ya know how PM has these types of Rewards for PM Clients that help save the $$$, HOW Bout another, fascinating way to reward them? A Loyalty Data Rewards, so like IF U have been with PM for the X amount of time, on 90 Day or 30, Lets say U have been with PM for 1Yr, on 90 Day and have Data included, Get addional 3 IF on a 6GB, or 6 on a 12GB, like NOT everyrenewal, BUT perhaps a Once a Yr Reward thing. Not all people can wait until business hours to get something resolved. For example, my work is based on me being able to get online. My service was suspended, I could not make a payment for amount due as it sais I had a balance. But I have no service so I went ahead and paid another $120 to my account. Still no service! Hi, My suggestion would be to note all of the features included in the plans not just Call Display and Voicemail. I know for some that could be the deciding factor. Any possibility of offering a Senior's Discount?  I love the value of Public Mobile already but as I approach Senior age and retirement, I realize that it would be awesome if offered a "reward" for seniors similar to the communtiy reward or loyalty bonus, etc.  This might attract a large new customer base for Public Mobile and allow current users to recommend the service to their parents, etc.    Possibly a "perk" for seniors that travel?  Maybe make the US roaming packages more attractive for seniors?     ... As mention in another threat if Public Mobile is to make a retail launch it should be with a company the supports their orgianal concept of a no frills cell phone cell phone provider, so it they enter into retial it would be more approate to go with a company like No Frills. Base on CRTC Public Mobile when being purchase by Telus was partly to deal with being own, operated and branded as a Canadian company. The should attempt to keep or increase their Canadian brand by having any retail launch be associated with a Candain Company such as one owned by Loblaws or with their parent or sister ograntations Telus or Koodo. With the parent or sister organatation might be involve more or better service and help and might be a transition into being megred with one of these organations which might be the end game of Telus owning Public Mobile as it was when purchased organized as a test or beta of the market. Which might be the case but I like most appose as I beleive Public Mobile should be their low end provider with Koodo and Telus servicing the middle and high-end markets which has been proven successful for several companies with in Canada. Including Chatr, Fido and Rogers Virgin Mobile and Bell and No Frill, SuperStore and Loblaws.
