Hi, My impression of the use model for Public Mobile is one that the more tech savy and DIY person would enjoy (such as myself). To that end, I would like to suggest a couple of improvements to the initial activation process, especially when a number port is involved: 1. Be able to view the entered SIM card number, after the fact. Currently, it is possible to do so during the initial activation, but only the last 4 digits are shown, in the "change sim card page". It should be possible to query your SIM card number at any time, especially if there is a problem, to re-verify its correctness. 2. A query request to allow the display of the number port progress, and the data provided. Once again this is to allow a re-verification of data given, should there be a problem. There should not be silence when the port fails (at the very least a text message to the customer that the request has failed is necessary). This happened in my case, where the request had failed, but there was only an obtuse indication (attemting to re-request a number port provided a short message that there was a problem, but a user would only get this if a re-request is attempted) that it had failed, along with silence.
