Advanced notice of maintenance would be nice. Also moving maintenance times to between 2am - 5am EST would make life much easier as these times tend to be lower in traffic
Currently there is no information available about the maintenance - this this frustrating and a huge handicap especially since this is a self serve provider
For planned maintenance they give at least one week notice. For unplanned maintenance they do the maintenance early in the morning in the times with least traffic. (aka to around 8am). Also I'm able to access my self serve just fine
I agree with the notices being provided early enough for scheduled maintenance, but there's nothing that can predict unplanned maintenance. Public Mobile posts in the Anouncments forum when they plan for maintenance activity.
As for time of day, yes, early morning works for my liking to, but severe urgencies may for unplanned to occur at anytime.
