How do I add US add-ons via 611. Currently the self serve site is down for maintenance which is very annoying but hopefully there is a workaround

Advanced notice of maintenance would be nice. Also moving maintenance times to between 2am - 5am EST would make life much easier as these times tend to be lower in traffic
