More Badges

I have noticed that we have a total of 19 badges. I would think more badges are necessary for those who reply over 50, 100, 250, 1000 to Bravos earn over 50, 100, 250, 1000, 2500, to solutions and topics too. I think it's great community users get rewarded being the top 5%, but it's also would be nice to see those who go beyond than the standard 25 bravos, or 3 accepted solutions. It will also show who the top contributors are in each category too. Just my two cents worth!

If somebody wants my e-trinkets, I will trade up for some cash rewards.

If more badges lead to more rewards, I would agree. But the badges (except the community rewards badges) have no value.

I agree 100%.  Just to add to what @mpcdesign stated, it also provides continued motivation and acknowledgment to those who go above and beyond.  It's not necessarily just about adding value, but to be continually recognized for all the efforts.  I know PM provides additional discounts to those who continue to contribute to the community forum, however knowing there are additional items available to strive for can help people stay motivated and excited about what they're doing.
