In December, I purchased a 200 minute US talk and text add on because my
existing US add on was running low. I can see that the purchase went
through on my account. When I try to call the US, however, I have no
minutes available. Any suggestions?
I've tried to reboot my phone and checked my account and settings, but
calls disconnect shortly after they go through. I can't even call
voicemail. LTE is fine, however. Are there any service interruptions? I

Not all customers check the community on a regular basis. As a result,
some customers may not have known about the plan changes prior to them
occurring. I suggest Public Mobile do a group text and/or email at least
1 month prior to any major changes ...
