Create moderator profiles similar to the oracle profiles

As the topic says might be nice to create profle for each of our awsome modertor team members like we have for our oracles.  the idea sprang out of a recent discussion  several of us were having with @MarieHelene_L.

Profiles are great, but I'd rather be able to have a profile image, rather than a stock image.
