A one time reward for any current customer who completes a friend's activation. Let's say 50% - 70% of WOW's fee; perhaps simply 1/3 of whatever 30, or 90 day, plan is activated.

I would support that. But i wish before doing the retail route PM actually invests some money in actually fixing all its activation bugs. Else there will be many more unsatisfied clients. Esp is wow is offering to charge clients to activate their service. Its not hard to imagine the outcome of that.
