not going to happen. doesn't go with the current marketing plan or PM concept. but who knows current prices reflect competitors with call centers so.... they coudl also take a page from koodo. charge clients for using the call service
Me too, I can only dream of the convenice. Although customer service can be hectic and very fustrating to deal with, it is better than waiting for a mod to privately message you back after 2 days with a problem to make only fix 50% of your issue and then another 2 days to respond to fix the second half, lol. A possible of 4 days of no phone, where a call center could probably fix your phone after 3 hours of bickering back adn forth lol. But this is what we all signed up for, so can't complain just got to adjust and live with what we got and appreciate that Public Mobile has offered us some deals that no other companies have the guts to do
It drives me crazy having people come on here and ask for something that is totally against what PM is all about. Now I know prices have increased. I still don't think that is going to bring back a call centre. If that is what you want/need then unfortunately I think you are with the wrong provider.
On a serious note, though, the only real time most need need customer support is if there are issues during signup. Fix that and many issues are solved. Typically selfserve typically is more than enough.
Koodo has live agents but calling them and having them do stuff for you now costs money.
The steep increases in price plans would suggest such a convenience should be available....that said, call centres tend to be understaffed and overworked leading to long wait times and uneven service. How about using all the new money to hire more mods and have them on call more frequently.
For the love of God, please use a different carrier. @Georgeleg04, why do want this carrier to be like all the others when they are trying to operate to a different business model. It is like going to the Bay or Sears and pleading for them to sell fresh produce.
