You joined up with Public Mobile because it was a great price. If you didn't do your research ahead of time, it's your own fault that the services aren't what you expected.
I don't need a call centre, because unlike most of you, I don't rely on only one form of communication, nor only one device. If my phone is down for a day or two, it's not an issue - I've got email and Facebook to contact those I need to contact.
@makkahn28 everyone would just call the number if there were one available.
@Georgeleg04 literally every other provider in Canada would be more than happy to offer you contact-centre based support. You should seriously considering porting your number to one of them if you need a contact centre.
