Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

last 5 days I am truing to activate new SIM card.

1. I payed $10, it use to be free then $5

2. I have try to do online on weekend didnt work.

3. Monday I did activate and payed $30, but it is not working, it is telling me to add talk online.

4. I am trying to create account online not allowing

5. I am trying to loing not working (I cant even login to my old account...)

6. I am trying to reset password, no luck

7. I have tyed to right in your forum, no help...

I can understand that you dont have help phone number, but at least create proper web page...

@Wonder_why don't bother, I gave @ma those instruction twice recently, on the very thread that tells you HOW to contact the moderators the right way.  [Once, twice.]  I sincerly hope he or she actually sent a private message to the mods and got help, but I've given up trying unfortunately, becuase he or she doesn't appear to be getting the message.
