Submit a ticket for CSA help.

Follow the prompts to submit ticket.
CSA may ask a few questions to verify account ownership and then should be able to help you. Response times can take a few hours. Check your private message inbox (envelope in upper right corner of website).
If you are having troubles submitting service ticket, you can private message CSA:

I was able to clear everything and it stopped the error 404 but it still says I'm suspended. I was able to see that it did accept my voucher and I owe $0

To clear your app cache for your browser go to settings. Then go to apps. Scroll through all of your apps till you get to your browser for example Chrome or Google. Click on the app and choose storage. It will then give you the option to clear your cache. If you have the option you can also do the device maintenance on your computer. Reboot just to be safe, open one window only and then login using privacy mode. This can be found by going up to the top right corner of your screen and clicking on the three dots you should see in the box that opens either privacy, incognito or secret mode. Click on that and you will get a dark window open this is privacy mode. Then search for public mobile's login page.

Sorry for delay. At work still.
Depends on your web browser. Usually under settings. Choose clear cache. Also, can open a new page under either incognito or private mode.

I tried logging on my laptop and I still get error 404. I have tried to reboot my phone with no luck. Now I'm not computer illiterate so I have no idea how to do the browser, cache,incognito thing. If you could help me through that It would be much appreciated

*611 wouldn't go through, I had to wait till I got home to use my wifi to log in

Website is finicky. Try to login with a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Or try a different device (labtop or PC). Once you login to your account, let us know what you see.
You will need to contact customer service agent. Unfortunately, no CSA will contact you directly via email. (will remove your email address from public forum)
Try rebooting your phone.

did you add the voucher via *611? Power down the phone for 5 mins and power it back up and try
For My Account login, try to use Incognito mode or another browser amd see if you can login
