Bill Credit on previously bill

Hi there,

I did not know that PM changed their point system earlier in 2024, I've been just auto-paying normally, because previously it would auto credit the $ reduction.

My question is, my bill was auto-paid on Dec 20, but I have points accumulated that I wanted to use for my billing cycle. I have already applied it for my next coming bill cycle in May, but wanted to use the $15 credit on the one I already auto paid.

@Hiryu it's probably too late to apply the credit to a bill that's already been charged to your credit card but if you have already purchased the $15 bill credit with your points it should show up in your account as an available balance that will then get applied on your next month's bill
